Da 77 anni, nel contesto del lavoro quotidiano del gruppo JAB ANSTOETZ, vengono vissuti valori che rappresentano anche un faro per i dipendenti nella loro quotidianità.
Questi valori importanti hanno cambiato significato e importanza nel corso delle ultime decadi, adattandosi ai cambiamenti del tempo, così come la visione e la missione del gruppo JAB ANSTOETZ, che hanno subito anch'esse cambiamenti.
We are very pleased to be able to present to you the new mission statement of the JAB ANSTOETZ Group, which expresses our self-image and our corporate philosophy.
The mission statement should always be an orientation for all of us in our daily work – internally and externally to our business partners – and provide an answer to the question of what the JAB ANSTOETZ Group stands for.
Many employees from the different areas of our company have worked on the new mission statement, our self-image, for which we are very grateful. This is the only way we can live it authentically in the future and identify with it in the long term.
For more than 75 years, the common vision has been the “red thread” for our actions: »We make sure that people feel comfortable and secure whether at home or away.«
In a rapidly changing world, we trust in the future and our strengths as a financially independent, medium-sized family business.

I valori che mettiamo in pratica nel nostro lavoro quotidiano costituiscono la base per il continuo sviluppo della nostra azienda. Essi plasmano il nostro modo di pensare e di agire e ci forniscono un punto di riferimento nelle decisioni aziendali.
